SammyGuru September 2026 Giveaway: Bonus Prize Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. TWO SEPARATE PROMOTIONS

Please read this carefully, because it is the most common source of confusion.

There are two different prize draws running at the same time, and they are not the same promotion.

The MAIN DRAW is for the flagship phone and is administered through Gleam. Its own terms and conditions apply and are published in the Gleam entry widget. Nothing on this page changes those terms.

The BONUS PRIZE DRAW is described by these rules. It runs on the SammyGuru Giveaway Hub at giveaways.sammyguru.com, and it has its own separate prizes and its own separate winners.

You may enter either promotion, or both. Entering one does not enter you into the other.

2. SPONSOR

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Gleam, Amazon, or any product manufacturer featured in a video. Any questions must be directed to the Sponsor.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States and other jurisdictions where this promotion is lawful, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.

You confirm your age when you create an account on the Hub. Entries from anyone under 18 are void.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

The Bonus Prize Draw closes on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. Entries are accepted from the date the promotion is publicly announced until that closing time. The Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper.

Videos published from August 15, 2026 onward are eligible to appear in the Video Challenge Tracker. That date determines which videos are included. It does not mean entries were being accepted before the promotion was announced.

5. HOW TO ENTER

Create a free account on the Hub using an email address or a Google sign-in. Then complete any of the listed entry actions.

Entry actions include liking and commenting on the videos listed in the Video Challenge Tracker. Different actions are worth different numbers of entries, shown next to each action. The more entries you earn, the greater your chance of being selected.

HOW LIKE VERIFICATION WORKS, AND AN IMPORTANT LIMITATION:

We verify a like by checking whether the video's public like count increases after you begin the action. This means we can only detect a NEW like made from the Hub.

If you already liked a video before starting the action, including from somewhere other than the Hub, our check cannot see it and that entry cannot be credited. This is a limitation of the information YouTube makes available to us, not a judgment about whether you liked the video.

Comment verification works by matching the display name on your YouTube profile. Set that name on your Hub profile so we can find your comment.

6. PRIZES

BONUS PRIZES. Each video in the Video Challenge Tracker carries a like goal. When a video's public like count reaches its goal, one $50 Amazon.com Gift Card is added to the Bonus Prize Draw for that video. Fourteen videos are listed at the start of the promotion, and more may be added during it. If a video does not reach its goal, no gift card is added for that video.

GRAND PRIZE. If the combined public like count across all listed videos reaches 12,000, one grand prize is added to the Bonus Prize Draw: a smartwatch of the winner's choice with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of up to $499 USD. The winner selects the model, subject to availability and to the Sponsor's ability to purchase it. If the combined total does not reach 12,000, no grand prize is awarded.

Like goals are measured using the public like count shown on YouTube. Likes from any source count toward a goal, including from people who are not entered in this promotion. Contributing to a goal does not by itself enter you into the draw. You must have a Hub account and at least one credited entry to be eligible to win.

Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the Entry Period closes. Each credited entry is one chance. Entries found to be fraudulent, automated, or otherwise in breach of these rules will be removed before the drawing.

Winners will be notified by email at the address on their Hub account and must respond within 7 days. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Winners may be required to confirm eligibility and provide an address for delivery. Prizes are delivered electronically or shipped, depending on the prize.

8. TAXES

Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes received. Where required by law, the Sponsor will report prize values to the relevant tax authority.

9. PRIVACY

Information you provide is used to administer this promotion and, if you opt in, to send marketing email. See the SammyGuru Privacy Policy at sammyguru.com/privacy-policy/. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, the Hub, or the operation of the promotion, or who acts in a manner that is unfair to other entrants.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning. If the promotion is cancelled, prizes may be awarded from eligible entries received before the cancellation.

By entering, you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
